Join us for a new three-part series on Customer Service presented by Illderton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram! This holistic training will teach attendees the importance of customer service through three main areas: Company Culture, Relationships, & Your Best Self. Although it is not required, attendance at each session is strongly encouraged as each day will build on the previously discussed topics.
In session two, we will focus on relationship-driven customer service. Elma Hairston will lead the session and discuss how attendees can reflect customer service from the inside out.

Elma Joyce Hairston is a national presenter and author known for her thought-provoking and highly interactive sessions, which have led to substantial change in the lives of youth, up and coming professionals and future executives. Elma led a successful 25-year career in corporate America and is now Founder and Managing Director of Dynamic Images International LLC.
Elma has spent most of her adult life serving her community and providing leadership skills and professional image principles. In addition to her work, Elma leads her non-profit Dynamic Images by the Hairston Group® “A Youth Career Prep Program," and has served on numerous church, community, and political boards. Recently, she received an Honorary Doctorate in Public Service and now presents unique programs on topics surrounding effective customer service, dynamic leaders, and career advancement.
