The YWCA teaching kitchen is hosting a informative lunch about the nutrition facts label. During this lunch you will learn how to read the nutrition facts label and use that information when you are grocery shopping. Taught by Registered Dietitian Janet Mayer. Lunch is complimentary to attendees.
