Currently, HPVI works closely with Ft. Bragg, Camp Lejeune and the Coast Guard to interact with transitioning military; with plans to work with all the military installations in NC in the future.  In 2023, HPVI will have a presence at these installations through hiring events and opportunities to engage service members with job placement in the High Point area.  

High Point employers also have access to job posts and current openings directly on the job posting site at Ft. Bragg to engage transitioning soldiers. 

HPVI also has access to interact with 300 Marines per week in transition with relevant and helpful information about the High Point area.  

Through collaboration with Ret. Gen. Bud Martin, a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA) and a volunteer leader of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), HPVI has access to engage soldiers in transition in the Army and the National Guard, as well as provide a support role to employers who engage in hiring National Guard members and Veterans.
