About
Triad Workforce Solutions Collaborative (TWSC) is a program of the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro and the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Business High Point - Chamber of Commerce. TWSC joins 20 business leaders, educators, workforce development service providers, and funders from Greensboro and High Point to support and accelerate skills and talent development in order to assist our region in creating a pipeline of skilled workers to fill jobs of today and the future. TWSC coordinates regional workforce development efforts as well as leverage local financial aid to attract additional resources for workforce development in the Triad. TWSC is one of the 30 regional collaborative initiatives for the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, a national network promoting economic opportunity and prosperous communities through investment and innovation. The Triad is proud to be the only regional collaborative of the National Fund in the state of North Carolina.
Our members benefit from this partnership because it brings High Point to the table of impactful workforce development efforts, career pathway growth and the molding of the future workforce of the Triad for their businesses.
