Business High Point Announces New Leadership High Point Class

Business High Point – Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce the Leadership High Point Class of 2026, a cohort of 45 emerging leaders from across the Triad, selected to participate in this annual ten-month leadership development program. The 2025-26 Leadership High Point class launched last week and will run through June, connecting participants with the community, enhancing leadership capacity, and providing multiple opportunities to contribute to High Point’s growth.

Leadership High Point is designed to immerse participants in High Point’s culture, exploring the interplay between business, government, civic life, and community challenges. Over the course of this program, participants will:

  • Connect with local leaders and organizations, building strong professional relationships and expanding networks.
  • Cultivate new skills through structured curriculum and learning about issues and opportunities facing High Point.
  • Contribute via class projects and volunteer efforts aimed at sustainable impact in the community.

“Leadership High Point is designed to challenge and inspire participants while connecting them to the people, places, and opportunities that make our community unique”, said Quineece Huntley, Director of Professional Education and Leadership. “This year’s class brings together a diverse group of professionals who are eager to grow as leaders and make a lasting impact on High Point.”

“We are excited to welcome the Leadership High Point Class of 2026,” said Rachel Collins, President & CEO of Business High Point. “This program has a legacy dating back to 1982 of transforming engaged citizens into community champions. With this new cohort, we look forward to seeing how their leadership will help strengthen High Point and its surrounding region—today, tomorrow, and beyond.”
