Located at 121 Virginia Place, the 128-room hotel anchors the revitalized Congdon Yards campus and stands at the center of one of the most strategically important districts in the city, steps from Truist Point Stadium, the downtown home furnishings market district, and High Point University.
The project blends historic preservation with modern design, incorporating a restored brick mill building from the former Adams-Millis Hosiery complex alongside a newly constructed guestroom tower. Its placement in the heart of High Point’s walkable, mixed-use innovation district introduces a much-needed lodging option at a time when the city’s economic growth and visitor demand continue to rise.

The custom SpringHill Suites incorporates a locally designed, high-end interior that honors High Point’s design DNA and furniture heritage. The lobby showcases 35-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, and bespoke finishes created with input from local manufacturers. The hotel also includes two fully custom 1,000-square-foot “super-suites” with panoramic stadium views, premium finishes, two bathrooms, and full kitchens, ideal for extended-stay corporate and Market guests.
